A priority card gives priority (but not immediate) access to visitors with official proof of disability accepted at Disneyland Paris.
For attractions, theatres, outdoor shows, parades, meetings with the characters and checkouts at our restaurants and shops.

You can pick up your priority card at a Disney Hotel or at the dedicated desks at the entrance to the Parks.
On the day of your visit, using your file number, on presentation of valid proof of disability accepted at Disneyland Paris and proof of identity.
The request can also be made directly on site at the same locations.The priority card will be valid for the duration of your stay.
We offer special-rate Disney Park tickets for Guests with disabilities upon presentation of an original copy of an official proof of disability on the day of their visit.
If you have a recognised Long Term Chronic Disease, you are entitled to quicker (but non-immediate) access to our attractions. Present your Easy Access Card and 'appointment book' at an attraction, and we'll give you a timeslot during which to come back and ride.
On the day of your visit, to apply for the card you will need to present the original of a medical certificate, drawn up in French or English by a medical doctor, signed and dated within the last 3 months, stating that you are suffering from a chronic disease or long-term pathology without indicating the disease or pathology in question.

Kits for Guests with a hearing impairment are available upon request from Hotel Reception. Specially-adapted rooms can also be requested at the moment of booking (subject to availability).
We offer adapted changing rooms, pool hoists for easier access (subject to availability), as well as wheelchairs adapted to wet environments, and dog crates can be provided for guide and assistance dogs.
Our free wheelchair-accessible shuttle service serves the Disney Parks and Disney Hotels (except Disney Davy Crockett Ranch). An specially-adapted minibus can be hired upon request, subject to availability. Please note: electric scooters are not accepted.
