Our attractions
For certain attractions, specially-adapted vehicles and equipment ensure a smooth boarding experience for all, while guests with visual impairments can use the AudioSpot mobile app as an audio guide.
Our shows and parades
Dedicated spaces for Guests with disabilities and their accompanying Guest are available at our outdoor shows and parades and our theatres(1), while magnetic induction loops are also available in all our theatres.
Our Character Encounters
Our Character Encounters are accessible to all of our Guests and are available throughout both of the Disney Parks. For more information, simply ask one of our Cast Members, they will be happy to help!
Restaurants and shops
All our restaurants and shops are wheelchair accessible and welcome guide and assistance dogs. An audio description of certain restaurants and menus is available with the AudioSpot mobile app.

Priority Card
A priority card gives priority (but not immediate) access to visitors with official proof of disability accepted at Disneyland Paris.
For attractions, theatres, outdoor shows, parades, meetings with the characters and checkouts at our restaurants and shops.
You can apply online from 1 month before your visit using the link below.
You can pick up your priority card at a Disney Hotel or at the dedicated desks at the entrance to the Parks.
On the day of your visit, using your file number, on presentation of valid proof of disability accepted at Disneyland Paris and proof of identity.
The request can also be made directly on site at the same locations.The priority card will be valid for the duration of your stay.
Our special-rate Disney Park tickets
We offer special-rate Disney Park tickets for Guests with disabilities upon presentation of an original copy of an official proof of disability on the day of their visit.
Easy Access card
If you have a recognised Long Term Chronic Disease, you are entitled to quicker (but non-immediate) access to our attractions. Present your Easy Access Card and 'appointment book' at an attraction, and we'll give you a timeslot during which to come back and ride.
On the day of your visit, to apply for the card you will need to present the original of a medical certificate, drawn up in French or English by a medical doctor, signed and dated within the last 3 months, stating that you are suffering from a chronic disease or long-term pathology without indicating the disease or pathology in question.
Below you will find the list of chronic diseases or long-term pathologies according to the ALD (Affections de longue durée) numbered list drawn up by the French Ministry of Health and recognised at Disneyland Paris.
Staying in a Disney Hotel?
Accessibility in the Disney Hotels
All of our Disney Hotels welcome Guests with disabilities and special needs with specially-adapted hotel rooms (subject to availability). Guide and assistance dogs are welcome too! Book your specially-adapted room (subject to availability) directly with our Disney experts at 03448 008 898 (national call rates apply, cost may vary according to network), or online for other types of rooms.
In our rooms
Kits for Guests with a hearing impairment are available upon request from Hotel Reception. Specially-adapted rooms can also be requested at the moment of booking (subject to availability).
In our swimming pools
We offer adapted changing rooms, pool hoists for easier access (subject to availability), as well as wheelchairs adapted to wet environments, and dog crates can be provided for guide and assistance dogs.
Free shuttle service and specially-adapted minibus
Our free wheelchair-accessible shuttle service serves the Disney Parks and Disney Hotels (except Disney Davy Crockett Ranch). An specially-adapted minibus can be hired upon request, subject to availability. Please note: electric scooters are not accepted.
