How to request your card
Do you have an officially-recognised disability? You can apply for your Priority Card online up to 1 month in advance!
These questions are only aimed at helping us to ascertain your level of independence and ensure we have the people and equipment in place to evacuate you in complete safety. Important information
To obtain your Priority Card on the day, you must present an original copy of a valid proof of disability from the documents listed for your country.

Tell us your level of autonomy
Answer the questions necessary to create your card.
Enter your contact information and upload a valid passport photo
Make sure you have a digital version of your passport photo before you start.
We will send you a confirmation e-mail
If you can't find the e-mail in your inbox, check your spam folder.
Pick up your card on the day
Your card will be valid for 7 days. If you postpone or cancel your stay, you will need to make a new request.
Have a Disneyland Pass ? Request your Priority Card directly at the Disneyland Pass Office (Disneyland Park) so that it will be valid for the same validity period as your Pass.
How we use your personal data and your rights:

- Upon your consent, your personal data, which may include sensitive data on your current health or disability condition, will be used to process your request and, if necessary, allow us to determine appropriate means of evacuation. For this purpose, your data will be kept up to the withdrawal of your consent and, at the latest, 15 days after your last date of visit or your Disneyland Pass expiration date. However, your data may also be used as part of our legal obligations or the defense of our rights; in this case, your data is kept for a maximum of the applicable legal limitation period.
- You can contact us at any time to withdraw your consent by e-mailing us at accessibilitycards@disney.com, but this would mean we would not be able to provide you with the requested Priority Card services anymore.
- You have a number of rights including the right to request access to, change, or remove your personal data by sending an email at dlp-donneesperso-guest@disney.com.
- Our Data Protection Officer can be contacted by emailing: emea.dataprotection@disney.com
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (cnil.fr/fr/plaintes) or your local Data Protection Authority.
