The “Lowest Price Guaranteed” reassurance only applies to selected Hotel and Park Ticket packages, defined by a choice of date, length of stay, number and type of tickets included, hotel, room type and number and age of guests and is subject to availability. Optional add-ons (including but not limited to food, transports, insurance) are excluded from this reassurance.
The “Lowest Price Guaranteed” is available for a booking in one of the 6 Disney Hotels (Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel, Disney Newport Bay Club, Disney Sequoia Lodge, Disney Hotel Cheyenne, Disney Hotel Santa Fe or Disney Davy Crockett Ranch) and at Les Villages Nature Paris, excluding the following room types:
Disney Sequoia Lodge: Golden Forest Club Suites
Disney Newport Bay Club : Superior Family Room, Superior Family Room – Lake Side, Compass Club Family Rooms and Suites
Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel : Superior Family Room, Empire State Club Rooms and Suites
Disney Hotel Santa Fe: Family Room
For the Hotel and Park Ticket packages benefitting from the “Lowest Price Guaranteed”, we guarantee that the prices offered by Disneyland Paris on any of its direct or indirect sales channels, except tour operators, in the United Kingdom will not be the same or lower after the 15th March 2022, for the same configuration of the Hotel and Ticket package (same hotel, room type, party mix, length of stay, number and types of park tickets, and dates, to the exclusion of transport options, add-ons and extras).
The “Lowest Price Guaranteed” only applies to package rates available to general public. The guarantee therefore does not apply in the following cases: group rates (leisure, business), special rates offered to specific groups (e.g. loyalty programmes requiring a membership card, travel agent offers, rates proposed to Disneyland Paris Cast Members, etc.), tour operators. * Disney Stars on Parade: every afternoon, Disneyland Park / Disney Illuminations: every evening in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle, Disneyland Park
