THESE REGULATIONS APPLY TO ALL VEHICLES USING DISNEYLAND PARIS GUEST PARKING.
1. Access to Guest Parking:
Specific measures due to the fight against the spread of SARS-COV2
In accordance with the French authorities' latest regulations, the presentation of neither a vaccine pass, nor a health pass, is requested to visit the Disney Parks, the Disney Hotels and Disney Village.
The requirement to wear a face covering at Disneyland Paris is suspended. However, wearing a mask is recommended when attending the Parade and Disney Illuminations show, and in public transportation (hotel shuttles).
1.1 Access to Guest Parking is authorised only for users of this service (hereinafter the "users").
Users are persons accessing, by vehicle, Guest Parking in order to visit the Disneyland Paris site (Disneyland Park, Walt Disney Studios Park, Disney Village and the Disney Hotels).
1.2 The only vehicles authorised in Guest Parking are: cars, motorbikes, buses, coaches and camping cars.
Access to Guest Parking is prohibited for vehicles towing a trailer or caravan, except for tourist buses with trailers.
Access for heavy trucks is only allowed for visiting the Parks and Disney Village. For this type of vehicle and for tourist coaches, Disneyland Paris reserves the right to make site entry conditional on a visual inspection of trailer contents.
1.3 Access for pedestrians is prohibited via the toll booth.
1.4 Access for animals, except cats and dogs on leads, is prohibited.
An Animal Care Center is available at Guest Parking near the Esplanade (opposite the toilet building). This is a paying service.
It is strictly forbidden to leave an animal alone in Guest Parking, or locked in a parked vehicle.
Animals, with the exception of assistance animals, are not allowed in Disneyland Park, Walt Disney Studios Park, Disney Village and the Disney Hotels.
1.5 Right of access is justified by a till receipt that cannot be transferred or resold. This receipt is given at Guest Parking entrance on payment of the daily parking fee, and should be prominently displayed behind the vehicle’s windscreen. The receipt entitles the bearer to a single entrance and exit of Guest Parking. Any exit is final.
For users of the Disney Hotels, vehicle access is subject to the presentation of a document proving their stay in a Disney Hotel.
1.6 The presence of users is only allowed in Guest Parking for the reasonable time required to park their vehicles during their visit to the Disneyland Paris site and for a maximum period ranging from the opening to the closing of Guest Parking on a single day, or up to one hour after the closing of Disney Village.
All vehicles left after this time will be considered abandoned and may be subject to removal, at the user’s expense.
