If you have any queries or wish to confirm, change or cancel a booking you have already made, please contact our Customer Relations team on the telephone number provided on your confirmation letter. In the event of a claim that has not received a satisfactory solution within 60 days, you have the possibility to refer to the French ombudsman for the holiday and travel sector (Médiation Tourisme et Voyage), whose contact details and  procedure of referral can be found on its website: http://www.mtv.travel.   • LOST PROPERTY

If you lost an item in the Disney Parks, Disney Hotels, Disney Village or at another location in Disneyland Paris, you can report it lost on Troov https://troov.com/en/disneylandparis.



  • INVOICE REQUEST

If you wish to receive a paid invoice following a stay, a visit or a purchase at Disneyland Paris, please use the form available here.



  • MERCHANDISE CUSTOMER SERVICES

If you wish to contact our after-sales service team about an item you purchased in one of our shops (except for PhotoPass products), please use the form available here or send an e-mail to dlp.guest.communication@disneylandparis.com.   • POST-STAY COMPLAINT

If you are you are still on site and wish to advise us of your concerns, our Cast Members from City Hall in Disneyland Park and Studios Services in Walt Disney Studios are always happy to be of assistance. Should you have any request or comment regarding the Disney Hotel you are staying at, you may address these directly to the front desk of your hotel or contact them using the telephone in your room.
