I can't sign in to my Disney Account. Can you help?
A.
Passwords are case-sensitive (upper case and lower case letters). If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking “Need help signing in?” on the login screen. If you already had a Disneyland Paris account created before 25 February 2020, you must reset your password in order to connect to the Disney Account for the first time.
