Once I have booked and ordered my tickets online, how do I get them?
A.
If you select the "Letter delivery" option when booking, your tickets will be sent by post to the address you provided at the moment of booking. The tickets must be booked at least 8 days before your visit date. If you don't select this option, your tickets will be sent to you via e-mail a few minutes after your booking has been confirmed.
