⁽¹⁾ Disneyland Paris is approximately 32 km (20 miles) from Paris by car, and 35 minutes by RER (Regional Train RER A) from Nation station.
⁽²⁾ Dated day tickets are cancellable and refundable up to 3 days before the selected visit date (including the day of arrival, for example, if you bought a ticket for 4 January, you will have until midnight on 1 January to cancel it). You can cancel your ticket directly from the "My Bookings" section of your account. If your confirmation e-mail says that your booking can only be cancelled by e-mail, please send an e-mail to: refund.ticket@disneylandparis.com within the cancellation period detailed above. The refund for your valid ticket will be processed as quickly as possible, via the same payment method used at the time of purchase. If you wish to change your visit date, you will need to cancel your current ticket and purchase a new ticket for the desired visit date (subject to availability at booking). Please note that it is not possible to exchange your ticket via e-mail.
