Due to the current closure of Disneyland Paris, we are unable to welcome Guests at the moment. We are optimistic that we will soon be able to start welcoming Guests again. However, if the situation doesn't allow us to honour your booking for the planned date, we will contact you individually before your arrival date.In order to offer you the maximum amount of flexibility regarding the current sanitary context, we have flexible booking conditions allowing you to modify your arrival date or cancel your reservation without fees up until the last moment before your planned arrival.If you would like to postpone your arrival date, our holiday experts are ready to assist you.If you do not wish to keep or postpone your stay, we will provide a full refund.
We are optimistic that we will be able to reopen soon, so if you choose to cancel your original booking or your holiday cannot take place on your planned arrival date, we are giving you the opportunity to book the same Hotel + Ticket package, at the same price, and with the same components, for an arrival date up to and including 30 March 2022 (excluding the period from 16 December 2021 up to and including 8 January 2022, subject to availability)!
If the Hotel you selected during your original booking is not available for the period during which you would like to rebook, we will offer you a stay at Disney's Newport Bay Club Hotel, at no extra charge, with equivalent food and beverage services.If you originally made a booking at the Disneyland Hotel, you can make an alternative booking at Disney's Newport Bay Club Hotel. We will refund you the difference if you choose a similar room category, or propose an upgrade (subject to availability). If you do not wish to stay at Disney's Newport Bay Club Hotel, you can make a new booking for a different arrival date at the current price.
How to choose from the available options?If we're unable to honour your booking for the planned date, our holiday experts will contact you directly by e-mail, no later than 1 week before your original arrival date, to help you postpone or cancel your booking.You can also contact them directly using the phone number indicated on your confirmation letter. As the volume of calls is currently very high, we appreciate your patience and will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
If you have a Dated Ticket with a validity date during the closure period, it will be automatically cancelled 1 week before its validity date, at the latest. You will receive a full refund for your ticket.If you have a Non-Dated Ticket, it will remain valid for when our Parks reopen.If you have a Disneyland Paris Express Shuttle Ticket to or from Paris with a validity date during the closure period, it will be automatically cancelled and you will receive a full refund for your ticket. If you bought your Ticket from a third party, please contact them directly.

The validity period of your Annual Pass and its benefits (depending on the type of Annual Pass) will be extended by the number of days that the Parks are temporarily closed, starting from the expiry date of your Annual Pass.Please note that the sale of new Annual Passes is currently suspended.
If you purchased your Temporary Annual Pass on the official Disneyland Paris website, you must download it before its original expiry date. All temporary Annual Passes that expire between 30 October 2020 and the reopening of Disneyland Paris will be automatically extended until 30 September 2021.
The monthly payment schedule is currently suspended. Payments will resume the month following the reopening of Disneyland Paris, subject to the same conditions as before. Your payment schedule will be automatically adjusted to reflect the extended validity of your Annual Pass.
If you have an Annual Pass that expires during the closure period of the Parks, the validity date of your Pass will be extended by the number of days that the Parks are temporarily closed. You may also be able to benefit from a renewal offer for your Annual Pass when the Disney® Parks reopen.
