What are the different ways of booking guaranteed access for this show?

You can secure your seat in advance via our website, the official Disneyland Paris app, or by telephone. You can also book on the day of the show via the mobile app or at City Hall (Disneyland Park) up to 1 hour before the start of the show (limited availability).

Is it possible to enter the show without booking?

Yes, you can enjoy the show without booking. However, seats fill up very quickly for this hugely popular show, so be sure to arrive early to secure a spot!

You must also have a valid entry to the Disneyland Park for the same day as the show. If you have an undated ticket or Annual Pass, don't forget to register on our online registration platform in order to ensure admission to the Disney Parks on the date of your choice.

Is my guaranteed access exchangeable or refundable?

Guaranteed access for this show is neither exchangeable nor refundable when purchased separately. However, if purchased as part of a Hotel+Tickets package or at the same time as a Park Ticket, please consult the general conditions of sale.

Can I enter after the show has started?

The theater doors close 5 minutes before the show begins, after which time it will no longer be possible to enter the show.

What are the show times?

From 23 February to 29 May 2022, performances take place every day at 12:00pm, 1:00pm, 3:35pm and 4:35pm. And from 30 May 2022: 12:15pm, 1:15pm, 3:50pm, 4:50pm. Performances will go ahead at these times unless the show is cancelled, for example due to poor weather conditions.

Can I pass my guaranteed access to another Guest?

Each guaranteed access is for a single named Guest only and therefore cannot be transferred to someone else.

Do I need to secure seats for my children so they can attend the show with me, if I have booked guaranteed access?

Any Guests aged 3 and over who enter via the dedicated line must have secured seats booked for them for the fixed price of $18.
