To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience during your visit to the Parks, please respect the following rules:
1. ACCESS TO THE PARKS
1.1. Access Control : Euro Disney Associés S.A.S. reserves the right to visually inspect or to check with specific devices, visitor’s clothes, coats and personal belongings before entry and/or inside the Parks. Access may be refused to any person refusing to comply with this inspection.
Please note that the following items may not be brought into the Parks:
Visitors in possession of prohibited items will be asked to dispose of them before entering the Parks. As Euro Disney Associés S.A.S. does not keep any items, prohibited items cannot be recovered and may be destroyed.
1.2. Large Goods : Large and cumbersome packages, suitcases and bags, as well as any kind of large container, exceeding 55cm x 40cm x 25cm - including wheels, pockets and handles - are not permitted inside the Parks. We recommend that you do not bring such items, or if you must, please use our luggage storage facilities located outside the Parks.
Except for the luggage storage facility and some dedicated luggage boxes, Euro Disney Associés S.A.S. employees are not authorised to keep luggage.
Pushchairs and small trolleys/wagons smaller than 92cm x 132cm are accepted but must be left outside the attractions and the theatres notably for safety reasons.
1.3. Transport Means : It is forbidden to access either Park with and/or using roller skates, bicycles, or any other personal means of transport, motorised or not, such as (non-exhaustive list):
Access to the Parks with a vehicle and/or any other electric device is possible for people with reduced mobility and who cannot walk or who may have difficulties to walk, provided that:
A medical certificate specifically indicating the need may be required (excluding standard and electric wheelchairs).
Wearing a helmet and reflective vest is recommended. At night or during the day when visibility is insufficient, the wearing of a reflective vest is mandatory.
It is reminded that the speed of these vehicles or machines must conform to a walking pace and must not exceed 6km/h.
1.4. Clothing : Proper dress is required at all times, and top and bottom garments, as well as footwear, are to be worn.
We also reserve the right, at our own discretion and at any given time, to refuse a visitor the right to wear any type of costume, makeup or tattoo, especially if it is likely to offend, shock or scare children and a family-orientated public, that Euro Disney Associés S.A.S.
would consider as inappropriate or if it would impede operations while posing as or portraying any character in costume. Clothing that drags on the ground is prohibited. The same rule applies for accessories considered to breach security or be a danger in our attractions (capes, sticks, etc.).
For safety reasons, the only visitors authorised to wear clothing covering their face completely are those doing so for medical reasons. Costumes and masks may not be worn by any visitors ages 12 or older (unless required for medical purposes). When worn by younger visitors, masks must provide unobstructed peripheral vision at all times with openings that allow the eyes to be fully seen.
The non-respect of this dress code may prevent access to the Parks.
Private special events may have specific guidelines, which can be found in advertising or informational materials relative to the event.
1.5. Minors : Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent aged 15 and above or a responsible adult for ticket purchase and entry to the Parks. Please supervise children at all times. Euro Disney Associés S.A.S. reserves the right to refuse attraction access to children under 7 years old if they are not accompanied by an adult aged 15 and above or a responsible adult. Therefore, height and age checks may be done to unaccompanied children at attraction entrances.
Certain shows, attractions and events might frighten small children and are therefore not advisable or not allowed to children under the age of 1 (please ask employees for the current list).
All children under 18 years old, remain under the responsibility of their parents or their legal guardian who are therefore liable for the damages their children may cause.
For groups of children part of a visit organised for minors by a community centre (“Accueil Collectif de Mineurs”), being accompanied is mandatory and must be done in accordance with the regulations in place.
1.6. Animals : Animals are not allowed inside the Parks, with the exception of:
Assistance dogs and guide dogs mentioned in Article L245-3 of the French Code of Social Action and Families are allowed inside the Parks. They must be kept on a leash and remain under the care of their owner. Their access is limited to certain attractions (refer to the Accessibility Plan). A medical proof of need may be requested.
Emotional support animals (cats or dogs only) are allowed in the Parks subject to the following conditions:
For the comfort of other visitors, the owner ensures that the cleanliness of the premises is respected.
Please do not feed, approach or touch the birds or any other wild animals you may encounter.
1.7. Validity of Tickets : You are required to verify and respect the terms and conditions of your Park entry ticket. Tickets must be used by the same visitor for the duration of their stay. Tickets purchased from a person who, without proper authorisation or declaration, offers for sale Park entry tickets in public places will not be accepted.
1.8. Exit & Re-entry : If you intend to leave a Park and return to it, or the other Park, on the same day, please verify the procedure and necessary documents/hand stamps with an employee before doing so.

- Any items that we may deem harmful, disruptive or inappropriate.

2. SAFETY & HYGIENE RULES
Specific measures due to the fight against the spread of SARS-COV2
In accordance with French legislation and the recommendations of the health authorities, guests presenting symptoms suggestive of COVID 19 who may be considered as "probable cases", as well as their close companions who may be considered as "possible cases", will be asked to self-isolate in a designated location pending evaluation by medical personnel, and Euro Disney Associés S.A.S. reserves the right to refuse guests who fail to comply access to our property (Parks, Hotels and Disney Village).
2.1. Visitor Behaviour : Theft, public disorder, verbal and physical violence, insults or racial taunts, cheating, fraud, drunken or indecent behaviour, malevolence, violations of safety regulations and these Park access rules, discriminating or other socially unacceptable behaviour, may lead Euro Disney Associés S.A.S. to take the necessary action including informing the police, filing a complaint or removing the visitor from the Park(s) without any sort of compensation, refund or claim.
For safety reasons, reckless running is not allowed.
For the safety, comfort and enjoyment of all visitors, please keep the Parks and their facilities clean.
Backstage areas of the Parks and fenced-in areas are not accessible to visitors.
It is forbidden to take pictures with flashes or film with lights in the attractions and shows.
Group picnics which require specific equipment (cool box, stove, folding tables, and containers) are not allowed inside the Parks. For your convenience, a specific picnic area is located between our parking lot and the Park entrance. The use of outdoor restaurant tables is open to all visitors, with priority given to visitors who have purchased food in the Parks.
For the safety and comfort of all, we ask that visitors do not eat and drink in the attractions, the theatres, or their queue lines.
2.2. Park Evacuation : Management reserves the right to limit, refuse entry or evacuate either Park due to peak attendance, for any safety reasons or in case of “force majeure”.
2.3. Theft and Damages : Euro Disney Associés S.A.S. cannot be held liable for theft, loss or damage of personal belongings inside the Parks. Storage lockers are available at the entrance of each Park. Please check terms and conditions beforehand. No valuables should be left in pushchairs.
2.4. Behaviour : Euro Disney Associés S.A.S. reserves the right to exclude or to refuse access to any person whose behaviour poses a threat to the safety of other visitors, employees, or themselves, or to the attractions or show areas.
2.5. Non-smoking : Designated outdoor areas are specially created and equipped for smokers. Outside of those specific areas, the Parks are non-smoking. These rules also apply to electronic cigarettes.
2.6. CCTV (“Video protection”): This site is equipped with a video surveillance system operated by Euro Disney Associés S.A.S. For more information, please refer to the information panels specific to video protection.
2.7.To comply with French law requirements, we inform you that armed security guards are present throughout our Disneyland Paris resort, for surveillance purposes.
2.8. Lost and Found: Euro Disney Associés S.A.S. reserves the right to deal with any unattended object in such a way as we consider appropriate and in coordination with the local authorities.
3. ACCESSIBILITY TO ATTRACTIONS, SHOWS, RESTAURANTS, SHOPS AND OTHER FACILITIES
3.1. Visitor Responsibility : For safety reasons, access to and participation in certain attractions require that you should be in good health, free from high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, or any other condition likely to be aggravated by these adventures.
Therefore, before entering the Parks, all visitors should be aware of their own state of health and must review all warnings, access conditions and safety requirements included in the appropriate brochures, websites and any information displayed at the entrance of each attraction, in guides or by asking Parks employees.
Restrictions based on health, security or safety are not discriminatory.
3.2. Visitor Morphology : Height restrictions apply. Furthermore, the configuration of the seats and safety systems on attractions may not allow access for visitors of certain body shapes or sizes. Visitors must have sufficient upper body strength to sit in an appropriate position in all attraction vehicles.
3.3. Access for Pregnant Women & Visitors with Disabilities : Pregnant women, visitors with permanent disabilities and any other person possibly entitled to priority access should inform themselves of the risks, conditions, restrictions and mode of access to our attractions at City Hall in Disneyland Park, Studio Services in Walt Disney Studios Park or on our website prior to arrival.
3.4. Visitors with Photo-sensitivity : Certain attractions or shows use lighting effects and notably strobe and flashing lights which may cause problems for visitors suffering from photo-sensitivity, who are therefore advised to avoid them.
3.5. Facility Closing and Late Opening: Certain shows, attractions, parades, restaurants, shops and facilities may open late or be closed notably for adverse weather conditions, or safety concerns. Closures may take place without notice and shall not give right to any refund or compensation.
4. PROHIBITION OF ANY NON-AUTHORISED COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES
4.1. Sale of Goods and Services and Printed Material Distribution : The sale of goods, services or Park tickets, and the distribution of pamphlets, brochures or any other printed material are totally prohibited inside the Parks. The resale of Park tickets by a person without proper authorisation or declaration is prohibited. Tickets purchased from a person without proper authorisation or declaration will not be accepted.
4.2. Commercial Photography, Videotaping or Recording : Any picture, video, sound recording or photo taken by a visitor in either of the Parks may be used only for personal purposes. All commercial use of pictures, videos, sound recordings or photos of the Parks taken by a visitor shall be subject to express prior written authorisation from Euro Disney Associés S.A.S.
