How Does It Work?
When you arrive, go to the Disney Express counter located on the 1st floor of Marne-La-Vallée/Chessy train station, next to the Disney Parks.
- Drop off your baggage between 7:45 am and 9 pm and it will be transferred to your hotel*.
- Complete your Hotel pre-check-in at the counter.
- Collect your Park Tickets and head straight to the Disney Parks!
On the morning of your departure, go to your Hotel’s luggage room.
- Drop off your luggage before 11 am for transfer to the Disney Express counter.
- Enjoy the Disney Parks with peace of mind.
- Collect your baggage at the Disney Express counter between 1 pm and 9 pm.
Travel Advice:
- This service is for all Hotel Guests, whether arriving at Marne-La-Vallée/Chessy station by train or RER local train, by Magical Shuttle airport transfer or any other vehicle.
- Before booking, please make sure your travel times match the drop-off and collection times at the Disney Express counter.
- Dedicated Disney team 7 days a week.
- *Only available for purchase in advance to Guests staying at a Disney Hotel or Partner Hotel featured on this site (excluding Disney Davy Crockett Ranch and Les Villages Nature Paris).
- For security reasons, certain items such as jewellery, laptops, cameras, pushchairs/scooters, etc. cannot be transferred.
- Subject to availability at the time of booking.
