Why am I getting an error message when I click on a link or enter the address of a website or a page?
A.
This may be due to several reasons:
  • The address of the page you requested may be incorrect or no longer exists (Not found error message) 

  • The server that hosts the website may be down or overrun with too many connections at the same time (Server error message)

  • The connection to the host server may be abnormally long and cause the browser to abort (timed out message)

Depending on the error message, you should:
  • Ensure the website address or the page requested is correct

  • If the expired page is at the end of a procedure or request, start the procedure from the first stage, or reformulate your request

  • Try to connect later on
