This may be due to several reasons:

The server that hosts the website may be down or overrun with too many connections at the same time (Server error message)
The connection to the host server may be abnormally long and cause the browser to abort (timed out message)
Ensure the website address or the page requested is correct
If the expired page is at the end of a procedure or request, start the procedure from the first stage, or reformulate your request
