Special Rate Tickets for Guests with a disability

Ticket sales at the Park entrances are currently suspended. Guests with a disability are therefore eligible for a dated Ticket to the Disney Parks at a special rate up until 31 August 2020.

Are you eligible for a Special Rate Ticket?

In order to benefit from a Special Rate Ticket, you must be in possession of one of the following documents:
- For residents in France: disability card, priority card, card for persons with difficulties standing up for long periods of time, disability card for war veterans, EU disability parking card
- For residents of other countries: disability card, EU disability parking card, or an original medical certificate in French or English stating the disability, signed and stamped by a medical professional less than 3 months ago.

How to buy a Special Rate Ticket

Ticket sales are currently suspended at the entrances of the Disney Parks. Please call our holiday experts on +33 1 60 30 60 53 (International call rates apply. Cost may vary according to network) to purchase your Special Rate Ticket and choose your specific visit date.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a digital document which you will need to exchange at the Visitor Relations office (located to the right of each Park entrance) to enter the Parks on the day. Please be ready to present one of the documents listed above as proof of disability.

Good to know

• In order to maintain physical distancing in line with recommendations from the French government and health authorities, attendance at Disneyland Paris is currently limited each day. Special Rate Tickets are dated so you won't need to register your Ticket to enter the Parks for the date selected, according to the validity of your Ticket.
• Pssst! Anyone accompanying a Guest with a disability is entitled to free entry to the Disney Parks by simply arriving on the day (one accompanying person permitted per Guest with a disability).
• To promote the health and safety of Guests and Cast Members, Guests aged 11 and above, all Cast Members and all third-party operators will be required to wear an appropriate face covering at all times except when eating.
