Appropriate protective face masks to be worn by all
To promote the health and safety of guests and Cast Members, guests ages eleven and older, all Cast Members and all third-party operators will be required to wear a protective face mask at all times except when eating.
Alcohol-based hand sanitising stations
More than 2,000 sanitising and hand washing stations will be available throughout the resort, especially at the entrances and exit of each attraction, boutique, restaurant and theater.
Enhanced cleaning procedures
Disneyland Paris will further increase the frequency of cleaning measures in addition to the standards of cleanliness already in place. Prior to reopening, the resort kitchens, sanitary facilities and attractions will undergo appropriate cleaning.
As Disneyland Paris welcomes guests back to the magic, its Cast Members will play a key role in guiding and explaining new measures to guests, answering any questions and encouraging everyone to follow measures to promote the health and safety of us all.
Prior to reopening, cast members will undergo new training to ensure they are prepared to support the enhanced health and safety measures, encourage physical distancing, and manage contactless payment solutions.
We've been busy carefully tinkering with the Disneyland Paris experience to create the most wonderful fairy tale for you, your friends and your family – all while putting your health and safety first. We can’t wait to welcome you back. Because there is no magic without you.
