Pay in instalments at Disneyland Paris without fees It's never been easier to access the Magic! Pay in up to 6 instalments when you book a Hotel + Ticket package at Disneyland Paris: it's flexible, secure and absolutely free!
1. Choose the 'Pay in instalments' option on our website or by telephone, and pay the 15%* deposit for your booking.
2. Bingo! We'll send confirmation of your remaining balance and the final due date via e-mail.
3. Don't forget to pay your remaining balance by the payment deadline(1) via our website or call centre.
On the website
Pay your remaining balance in 1 single payment via your Disney Account. Connect to your Disney Account, or create an account from our homepage (top right-hand corner). Go to "My Bookings" and enter your booking reference and the last name of one of your party. Find your booking and choose how you would like to pay your remaining balance. At the moment, pay your remaining balance on the website 10 days before your arrival(1) .
Over the telephone
Contact our holiday experts and pay your remaining balance in up to 5 instalments. Call our holiday experts and choose the payment dates and amounts that suit you! You can make up to 5 payments after your initial deposit. Good to know: once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation letter including our standard rate phone number for future calls. At the moment, pay your remaining balance via our call centre up to 11 days before your arrival(1) .
Can I pay the 15%* deposit on the website, then pay the remaining balance by phone?
Absolutely. You can book your package via the website with a 15%* deposit and then contact our experts to pay your remaining balance in one or more instalments. At the moment, pay your remaining balance via our call centre up to 11 days before your arrival(1) .
What happens if I don't pay my remaining balance up to 10 days⁽¹⁾ before my arrival?
The service we offer is totally flexible. However, the payment of your balance remains your responsibility. If you miss the final due date, your booking may be cancelled and you may lose your deposit.

*15% (fifteen per cent) deposit of the total booking amount. Not including train and flight transport fees (except airport taxes**), optional insurance and booking fees, if applicable, which are payable in full at the moment of booking. This deposit must be paid at the moment of booking but will only be debited once the booking is confirmed. **airport taxes to be paid for once payment for the booking has been settled in full(1) You can pay up to 10 days before if you do so via our website, and 11 days before if you pay via our call centre. Not including Day 1 of your stay - for an arrival on 5 April 2021, you'll need to pay your remaining balance by 5 April on our website, or by 4 April via our call centre.
