If you find a lower price for the same package on our website or elsewhere within 7 days of booking, we will refund the difference and offer you a €20 gift card to use in our boutiques and restaurants during your stay.
Which products are covered by the Price Match Promise?
The Price Match Promise applies to Hotel + Tickets packages only purchased on the Disneyland Paris website or via our call centre, excluding packages with transport included. Your stay booked as part of the package must be in one of the 6 Disney Hotels (Disneyland Hotel, Disney’s Newport Bay Club, Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel, Disney’s Sequoia Lodge, Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne, Disney’s Hotel Santa Fe) or Disney's Davy Crockett Ranch. The Price Match Promise also applies to Disneyland Paris meal and restaurant options purchased in advance as part of the same booking (e.g. Meal Plans). The lower price must be for the same package: same date, duration of stay, number and age of Guests (adults and children), hotel and room type and the same Disneyland Paris meal and restaurant options (if applicable). Your package must be purchased as part of a single booking. The Price Match Promise applies only to the packages mentioned above and booked in the United Kingdom, and no other.
Where and when can I find the lower price?
The lower price must be found within 7 days of booking on the Disneyland Paris website, a different website or via a travel agency in the United Kingdom and offered in pound sterling. To benefit from the Price Match Promise, you must submit your request to us within 10 days of booking. The lower price can be found on the Disneyland Paris website, a different website or via a travel agency. The lower price must be found in the same country where the booking was made. The Price Match Promise applies to the package rates available to the general public. Therefore it does not apply if a lower price is found on the following cases: group rates (leisure, business), special rates offered to specific groups (e.g. loyalty programmes requiring a membership card, travel agent offers, rates proposed to Disneyland Paris Cast Members, etc.), or packages available via a Workers' Council.
How to submit your request?
If your request meets the eligibility criteria outlined above, please contact Disneyland Paris using our dedicated online form and present proof of the better price, with the full package details (screenshot or dated price quote, including the date, length of stay, hotel name, room type, number of Guests and options). Disneyland Paris experts will check the eligibility of the fare, before processing a refund and applying a €20 Gift Card (per booking) that can be used during your stay. The Gift Card can be redeemed in a boutique or restaurant anywhere in the Disney Parks, any of the boutiques, bars or restaurants operated by Disneyland Paris in Disney Village and the boutiques, bars, restaurants or concierge service in the Disney Hotels. The Gift Card is valid for 30 days from the day you acquire it from the Hotel. The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be credited. If your Gift Card is lost, stolen or damaged, it will not be replaced or refunded. The Gift Card cannot be sold.
How will I be refunded?
If a request is considered valid, a refund will be applied in one of two ways: - A refund of the difference if the package has been settled in full (using the same payment method at the moment of booking or via bank transfer). - A deduction of the amount on the remaining balance (if applicable). Once the request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the new booking amount and confirmation that the €20 gift card will be provided upon check-in at the hotel. Disneyland Paris reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Price Match Promise at any time.
