Save time by providing your check-in details in the Disneyland Paris app before your arrival and spend more time enjoying the magic of the Disney Parks.

How does it work?

Download the official Disneyland Paris mobile app, sign in or create a Disney Account and link your booking in “My Hotel Bookings”.

From 7 days before your arrival up to the day before, go to “My Hotel Bookings” in the app to complete your pre-check in.

On the day, pick up your MagicPasses from your Disney Hotel reception, drop off your luggage, and head to the Disney Parks!

We’ll send you an SMS or e-mail when your room is ready. At your Disney Hotel, simply use your MagicPass as your room key!*

This service is available at Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel, Disney Newport Bay Club, Disney Hotel Cheyenne, Disney Hotel Santa Fe, Disney Sequoia Lodge, and Disney Davy Crockett Ranch

*Guests staying at Disney Davy Crockett Ranch must return to reception to pick up their physical key.

What happens if I don't provide my check-in details in the app?

Simply go to the reception desk of your Disney Hotel upon arrival and a Cast Member will complete your check-in.

Can I provide my check-in details on the Disneyland Paris website?

No, you can only speed up your check-in by providing your details via the official Disneyland Paris mobile app.

Can I use the app to speed up my check-in for any Disney Hotel?

This service is available for all Disney Hotels, including: Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel, Disney Newport Bay Club, Disney Hotel Cheyenne, Disney Hotel Santa Fe, Disney Sequoia Lodge, and Disney Davy Crockett Ranch. However, it is not available at our partner Hotel, Les Villages Nature Paris.

What happens if my plans change after I provide my check-in details in the app?

No problem! Although you can't change the details you provided in the app, our Cast Members will have everything prepared for your arrival. If you filled in a Guest form incorrectly, we can give you a new one to fill in at the Hotel reception.

Where can I leave my luggage if my room is not ready yet?

Coming by car? For practical reasons, we suggest you leave your luggage in the boot of your vehicle until your room is ready.

Our Disney Hotels also have a Left Luggage room for Guests who are not coming by car. Please note that Disney Davy Crockett Ranch and Les Villages Nature Paris do not offer this service.

Where can I park my vehicle?

If you are staying at a Disney Hotel, you can park free of charge at your Disney Hotel or in the Disney Parks Car Park. Simply present your Disney Hotel booking confirmation, or the MagicPass you received at your Hotel.
