During this continuously evolving situation, we have made temporary adjustments to our booking and cancellation policies for leisure holidays.Given this context, we are frequently reviewing our commercial policy as the situation is in constant evolution.
Our Hotels are reopening in phases, beginning with the Disney's Newport Bay Club and Disney's Hotel Santa Fe on 2 April 2021, Disney's Hotel Cheyenne and Disney's Davy Crockett Ranch on 1 July 2021, Disney's Sequoia Lodge on 23 October 2021. The Disneyland Hotel will remain closed until further notice.We will contact you by e-mail if your booking is affected by these changes to inform you of alternative options proposed.
We are unable to welcome you to Disneyland Paris during this period and therefore need to cancel your holiday for this date. We will be very happy to welcome you at a later date.You can easily postpone your trip and decide to make a new booking.We will transfer your balance to the new booking, and we will refund the difference if the price is lower, or you will need to pay the difference if the price is higher. If you do not wish to make a new booking, we will refund your booking in full.If you hold a reservation for an arrival date from 13 February to 1 April 2021, we are happy to offer the option up to 31 March 2021 to book the same holiday at the same price with the same advantages (including dine plans and transport). For a range of arrival dates from 2nd April 2021 to 30 March 2022*, if your hotel is available at your chosen date. If your original hotel is not available, we will offer an equivalent package at Disney's Newport Bay Club, at no additional charge. If your original stay was at the Disneyland Hotel, we will refund the difference in price. If you prefer to rebook for another date, you will be able to do so at the then prevailing rate.* Our reservation agents will be able to offer you a selection of new dates for arrivals from 2 April 2021 to 30 March 2022, based on the arrival dates of your existing booking.

If you have already contacted us regarding your Disneyland Paris holiday, your request is being processed. Please bear with us, as we have a high number of requests to handle. We will contact you by email to confirm your modification or cancellation.
If you hold a dated ticket for a visit scheduled during the closure period, we will automatically cancel and refund your ticket.If you bought park tickets through a ticket reseller or a travel provider, please contact your operator directly.
If you hold a non-dated ticket, the validity is extended until 30 September 2021. It will remain valid with the same conditions and calendar depending on the ticket type.
Tickets for the Disneyland Paris Express shuttle service from / to Paris purchased from Disneyland Paris will be automatically cancelled and refunded in full. If you purchased tickets through a distributor or reseller, please contact your distributor or reseller directly.
The duration of your Annual Pass and its benefits (depending on your Annual Pass type) will be extended by the number of days of the resort’s temporary closure, starting from the expiration date of your Annual Pass.
Annual Pass sales are currently suspended. We invite you to regularly consult our website to find out the date of the Annual Pass sales reopening.
If you bought your Temporary Annual Pass on the Disneyland Paris website, you must download it before its initial expiration date. Any Temporary Annual Pass with an expiration date between 30 October 2020 and 2 April 2021 will be automatically extended until 31 July 2021.
Monthly Annual Pass payments are currently suspended. These payments will resume in April 2021, according to the usual conditions. Your payment schedule will be automatically shifted and will therefore follow the extension of your Annual Pass validity.
If you have an Annual Pass that expires during the resort’s closure period, its validity will be extended by the number of days of temporary closure. In addition, you will be able to take advantage of a renewal offer after the resort’s reopening.
