How can we help you?

Frequently Asked Questions

Q.
How does Brexit affect my holiday?
A.
We would like to reassure you that your holiday booking with us will remain as planned. Some components of your holiday are supplied by third parties, such as flights and transport, and we are closely monitoring where our suppliers may be affected and whether and how this in turn would affect your holiday booking with us.
There are no changes to travel arrangements or visa requirements from or to the UK at present but changes to the visa and passport requirements, driving licence validity and access to European state healthcare benefits (via EHIC) for British citizens travelling to, within or through the EU could be affected. ABTA have produced a guidance note for travel customers which you can read here and you are advised to monitor advice issued by the UK Government (see further www.gov.uk/travelaware)*.

If, as a consequence of Brexit, the price of your holiday increases we will let you know as soon as possible for you to make arrangements to pay or we will give you the option to cancel the holiday for a refund, where the increased cost is 8% or more than the original total cost of your holiday. We will never charge you where the increase is less than 2% of the price of the holiday you booked.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will advise guests should anything in respect of their holiday with us changes.

You should check our website regularly as we will be publishing regular updates.

*This may change if the UK government set up a dedicated site
