You can cancel and be refunded for Dated Tickets up to 3 days before your chosen visit date. If you test positive for COVID-19, we will refund your Ticket even at the last minute.Want to change your visit? Simply cancel your existing tickets and buy new tickets.Our Flex Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded, but they are valid 1 year so you have time to use them!
