Your luggage

Free luggage service

Check-in: you can drop off your luggage at reception and we'll take it to your room.
Check-out: you may leave your luggage in your room and we'll bring it down to the luggage storage room so you can enjoy the Disney Parks.

Disney Express Luggage Service

Have your luggage transferred directly from the Disney Express counter in the TGV/RER train station to and from your hotel and receive your advance hotel check-in documents (including your Park tickets).

Free hotel shuttle

We run a free shuttle service to your hotel, departing from opposite the TGV/RER train station (Disney Village entrance).
Service available 6:30 am to 11 pm
