Guests with Hearing Impairments
The entrances to certain attractions have very dimly lit areas which
you may find unsettling, so you might wish to have someone with you.
The attractions Animagique and Cinémagique (Walt Disney Studios®

at Disney® Hotel, we recommend letting the reception staff know
about your hearing impairment.

language can be arranged on request one month in advance by calling
+ 33 (0) 1 60 30 10 20.

Access to attractions
At Disneyland Resort Paris, guests
with disabilities can enjoy the magic, emotions and adventure in the
same conditions as all our visitors. For the opening of Disneyland®
Park in 1992, we adapted the majority of attractions to suit your needs.
During the constructions of Walt Disney Studios® Park in 2002, you
let us know what your new expectations were. Advances in technology
have enabled us to introduce other access procedures for guests with
disabilities that go even further in meeting your requirements.
These procedures are presented below, with details of the differences
between the two Disney® Parks.
Why wait in line? Use
FASTPASS®
You can access certain attractions within minutes of scheduled time!
At both Disney Parks, take advantage of FASTPASS®,
a free reservation service available to all visitors.
Access to attractions
at Disneyland®
Park
Go to City Hall or the Guest Relations Window with the people accompanying
you. A Cast Member (Disney employee) will advise you as to which attractions
are the most easily accessible and will provide you, if required, with
an Assisted Access Card facilitating your access to attractions and
to be used exclusively within Disneyland Park. Since some queue lines
are not wheelchair-accessible, special entrances are provided. The Assisted
Access Card reserved for disabled guests (except for guests with temporary
disabilities) allows holders and up to three companions to use these
special entrances. It does not entitle you to priority access to attractions
and shows. Cast Members at the attractions will tel you which entrance
is reserved for you. For technical reasons, not all attractions at Disneyland
Park are accessible to disabled visitors.
Access to attractions
at Walt Disney Studios®
Park
To promote maximum integration of disabled guests, all queue lines are
wheelchair-accessible. For access to attractions, all visitors are invited
to take the same route. However, people whose disability is incompatible
with these routes, can obtain an Assisted Access Card from Studio Services
for use exclusively within Walt Disney Studios Park. It does not entitle
the holder to priority access to attractions, but it allows the disabled
visitor to wait outside the queue line while the rest of the accompanying
group wait in the usual line.
Groups
Certain attractions can accommodate only a limited number of Guests
with disabilities at the same time. For everyone's comfort, we strongly
recommend dividing your group into as many small groups as possible.
For the comfort and safety of everyone, in the event of large attendance,
Cast Members at certain attractions may ask you to return later.
Toilets
All toilets have facilities adapted to the needs of guests with reduced
mobility. Some cubicles allow access to a person accompanying you.
Shops and restaurants
All shops and restaurants at Disneyland Resort Paris are wheelchair-accessible.
At restaurants with counter service, don't hesitate to ask a Cast Member
for help. We recommend that guests on a salt-free diet choose restaurants
with table service.
Parades and shows
Places are reserved for persons with restricted mobility along the routes
of parades and cinemas. As the number of places is limited, you are
advised to come early. The assisted access card authorises use of these
places but does not give access priority. To find out the times, look
at the Park guide available at City Hall in the Disneyland® Park
and at Studio Services in the Walt Disney Studios Park.
Disney Characters
Since Disney Characters are very much in demand, it is sometimes difficult
to get close. Don’t hesitate to ask for help from the Cast Members
(Disney employees) accompanying them.
