The opening of an IMAX® movie theatre completes the leisure offer of the Gaumont Disney Village cinema with a capacity of 15 theatres and 3 900 seats. With 570 additional seats, this new theatre is the only one to show movies in the unique formats. Fiction feature films, animated films as well as the IMAX® exclusive catalogue of films in the IMAX® format are screened. Furthermore, the theatre is equipped with the most perfected technologies to date (a unique image format – a gigantic 26x15 metre screen, exceptional 12 000-watt digital sound technology and custom made architecture…), as well as with the best tri-dimensional effects in the world.
